Veronique and Jean-Jacques are pleased to welcome you in our house, Arces-sur-Gironde, rural village, near the sea (4 km). The first beach is 8 km.

The Charente-Maritime, 2nd tourism department of France, will attract you with its charming villages (Talmont, Mornac-sur-Seudre, …), its cultural heritage (the lighthouse of Cordouan, the Corderie Royale of Rochefort, the Zoo of the Palmyre,…), its sports and leisure (sailing, hiking, beaches, circuits, parks, spa,…).

The Green Tourism and Natures Poles are also very important.

Enjoy the gastronomy of Charente-Maritime, its various specialties quality, with Pineau, Cognac, wines of Pays Charentais and also wines of Bordeaux. These ones are to discover by the Route des Vins, on the other side of the Estuaire (left bank).

All under a privileged climate, a microclimate with 2600h of sun.
